11AM - 3PM Free hot dog lunch at Duke’s Car Stereo on S. Dort Highway. Don Garlits will be making an appearance.

6PM - Downtown Flint streets are closed to traffic except for show cars. Open parking on all streets. Commercial displays are open and vendor displays on the ‘flat lot’

6PM - Don Garlits is available for photos and autographs.

7PM - Live free concert featuring Sonny Turner, former lead singer from the Platters along with the Flint Symphony Orchestra.

10PM - Show closes for the remainder of the evening. All cars must be off of the streets in downtown Flint by 2AM. From 2AM to 6AM, only Committee members and volunteers will be permitted in the show area prior to 6AM.

Saturday, August 20th, 2011

Show car parking gates open at 6AM. Car clubs have reserved all east/west side streets for club parking. Saginaw, Harrison and Beach streets (north/south streets) are open parking.

8AM - National anthem and invocation.

8AM - 8PM Don Garlits appearance for photos and autographs.

10AM - Dragster blast on the flat lot. 15 drag cars have been assembled for the ‘blast’.

12PM - Doc Watson unveils his ‘Watson / Hurst’ 2012 Camaro creation on the flat lot.

1PM and 4PM Dragster blast on the flat lot.

6:PM - Free concert on the flat lot featuring ‘Sonny Geracio’ and the ‘Outsiders’ of ‘Time won’ let me’ & ‘Precious and Few’ fame.

8PM - Show closes - see you in 2012
